Assess
You arrive, we listen. Vitals, history, sleep, food, stress — written down before anything is prescribed.
Panchatatwa Ayurvedic Naturopathy Unit
Wellbeing starts with time and attention — the two things a clinic visit never has enough of. The Panchatatwa unit sits inside the campus, so therapy, food, movement and sleep are all part of the same day instead of four separate appointments.
How the reversal works
The same four steps run under every program. A weekend guest gets a compressed version; a retreat guest gets all four with a week to spend on them.
You arrive, we listen. Vitals, history, sleep, food, stress — written down before anything is prescribed.
Panchatatwa therapies, a clean kitchen and real sleep. The body gets a week without the things that strain it.
Yoga at sunrise, trekking on the trails, swimming in the afternoon. Movement you would repeat by choice.
You leave with a plan written for your kitchen and your calendar, and a follow-up call after you settle back in.
The unit
Panchatatwa means the five elements — earth, water, fire, air and space. Naturopathy works with all five: what you eat and how it is grown, water therapies, heat and sun, breath, and the quiet the body needs to use any of it.
In practice that means your day is planned rather than prescribed in pieces. The doctor who assesses you sets the therapy schedule, the kitchen cooks to it, and the yoga therapist adjusts the morning session to what your body can actually do that week.
An intake assessment with the physician before any therapy is booked.
Treatment spaces inside the unit, with trained therapists on the campus.
A controlled diet cooked in the same dhaba kitchen that feeds everyone else.
Morning sessions on the lawn, graded to your capacity.
A therapy day
A retreat day, from waking to lights out. Weekend guests keep the same rhythm and skip whatever they like.
| Time | What happens |
|---|---|
| 05:45 | Wake, warm water, walk to the lawn |
| 06:15 | Yoga and breathing on the grass |
| 08:00 | Breakfast at the dhaba |
| 09:30 | Therapy in the Panchatatwa unit |
| 13:00 | Lunch, then rest |
| 16:00 | Pool, play area, or a trail walk |
| 18:30 | Evening talk or a quiet lawn hour |
| 20:00 | Dinner, early lights out |
Responsible wellness
Wellness care is worth doing and worth being honest about. Here is where the line sits.
The Reversal is not a hospital and this is not medical treatment. Nothing offered here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition, and no program promises to reverse one.
We work alongside your doctor, never in place of them. Keep taking prescribed medication unless your own physician tells you otherwise, and tell us what you take before your first session.
Individual experiences vary. Wellness services should be chosen with appropriate professional guidance, and they are not a substitute for emergency care.
Tell us first if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, being treated for heart, kidney or liver conditions, or under eighteen. Some therapies will not be suitable, and we would rather say so before you travel.
Ask before you book
Which therapies suit you is a clinical decision, not a menu choice, so we confirm it after the assessment rather than promise it on a website.

Start with a conversation
Send us the outline — condition, medication, how long, and what you have already tried. The physician will tell you honestly whether a stay here is worth your time.
