What we collect, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: this website itself stores nothing about you, and the health information you share with us stays between you and the clinical team.

1. Who is responsible for your data
The Reversal by Simino, Near Jhumuka Dam, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 752054, India, is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected], +91 77508 17816.
2. How this website works — and what it does not do
This is a static website. It is worth being specific about what that means, because it is unusual:
- The enquiry form does not submit to a server. It assembles what you type into a WhatsApp message or an email in your own app, which you then send yourself. Nothing you type is stored by this website or transmitted anywhere until you press send in WhatsApp or your mail client.
- We set no cookies and run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- We do not profile you or make any automated decisions about you.
Two third parties are involved in serving the site: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver the page and protect against attacks and may set an essential security cookie; and Google Fonts, which serves the typeface and receives your IP address as part of that request.
3. What we collect, and when
We collect personal data when you contact us or stay with us — not from browsing this site.
- When you enquire: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address if you give one, your preferred dates, how many guests are coming and any children's ages, which program interests you, and anything else you choose to write in the message.
- When you book: the above plus billing details and the identification required for accommodation in India (one government photo ID per adult guest is recorded and a copy retained for the period the law requires).
- When you join a wellness program: health information — your medical history, current conditions, medication, allergies, vitals taken during the intake assessment, and the therapy notes made during your stay.
- If you visit the campus: CCTV covers the public areas of the campus — never the rooms or the therapy rooms — and footage is kept for 30 days before being overwritten.
4. Health information
Health data is the most sensitive thing we hold, and it is held for one reason: so the physician can decide what is safe and suitable for you.
- It is seen by the clinical team treating you and nobody else.
- It is never used for marketing, and never shared with a third party without your explicit consent — except where a law or a court requires it, or in a medical emergency where sharing it protects your life.
- You can ask for a copy of your assessment and your take-home plan at any time.
- Retained for three years from your last visit.
5. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and quote for a stay.
- To make and manage your booking, and to arrange transfers you ask for.
- To assess whether a therapy or program is suitable and safe for you, and to deliver it.
- To plan meals around your diet and allergies.
- To follow up after a retreat, where that follow-up call is part of your program.
- To keep the accounting and tax records Indian law requires.
- To send you offers or news — only if you have asked us to.
6. Consent, and taking it back
Where we rely on your consent — marketing messages, publishing a photograph in which you are identifiable, sharing anything with a third party — that consent is asked for separately and specifically, never bundled into a booking, and never pre-ticked.
You can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it, by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it, and it does not affect data we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
7. Who else sees your data
We do not sell your personal data, ever. We share it only with:
- WhatsApp / Meta — if you contact us that way, your message passes through their service under their own privacy policy.
- Payment providers — our payment provider, to take payment.
- Transport partners — your name and arrival details only, and only if you ask us to arrange a pick-up.
- Professional advisers and authorities — our accountants, and any regulator, tax authority or court that lawfully requires disclosure.
We do not use an advertising network, a data broker or an analytics provider, and we do not pass your details to any of them.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become bookings: 12 months.
- Booking and billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently eight years.
- Clinical assessment and therapy records: three years from your last visit.
- Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent, plus a short period to evidence the withdrawal.
9. Keeping it safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including limiting access to staff who need it, and keeping clinical records separate from booking records. This site is served over HTTPS. Paper records are held in locked storage at the unit, and the devices we use are password-protected.
If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.
10. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may:
- Access — ask what personal data we hold about you and what we have done with it.
- Correct or complete — have inaccurate or incomplete data put right.
- Erase — have data deleted once the purpose it was collected for has been served, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Grieve — complain to us and get a response.
- Nominate — name someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become incapable of exercising them.
To exercise any of these, write to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify who you are first.
11. Grievance officer
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, contact our grievance officer:

If you are still not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
12. Children
Children are welcome as guests, but we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from anyone under 18. Details about children on a booking are given to us by the adult making it, and we process them only to plan the stay. We do not use children's data for marketing or profiling.
13. Photographs
We photograph the campus for the website and social media. Where a guest is identifiable we ask permission first, and you can withdraw it later — write to us and the photograph comes down. See also section 9 of the terms.
14. Data outside India
Our hosting and the WhatsApp service may process data on servers outside India. Any such transfer is subject to the restrictions the Central Government notifies under section 16 of the DPDP Act.
15. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and change the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be notified to you directly where we hold your contact details.
