How the reversal works

Four steps, one stay.

01

Assess

You arrive, we listen. Vitals, history, sleep, food, stress — written down before anything is prescribed.

02

Reset

Panchatatwa therapies, a clean kitchen and real sleep. The body gets a week without the things that strain it.

03

Move

Yoga at sunrise, trekking on the trails, swimming in the afternoon. Movement you would repeat by choice.

04

Carry it home

You leave with a plan written for your kitchen and your calendar, and a follow-up call after you settle back in.

Facilities

Everything on one campus.

Fully Furnished Rooms

Comfortable stay, hot water, and a window that opens onto green.

Panchatatwa Ayurvedic Naturopathy Unit

Therapy rooms, trained hands, and treatments planned around your assessment.

Lawn

Open ground for yoga at sunrise, dinners at dusk, and children running.

Trekking

Guided morning trails through the hills around Jhumuka.

Pool

Open through the afternoon, shallow end for the little ones.

Play Area

Slides, swings and space — the reason the kids ask to come back.

Odia Dhaba

Desi local restaurant. Seasonal, local, cooked fresh each meal.

Questions

Before you book.

Is this a hospital?

No. It is a wellness campus with a naturopathy and Ayurveda unit. We work alongside your doctor, never in place of them — keep taking prescribed medication unless your physician says otherwise.

Can children come along?

Yes — the play area, lawn and pool were built with families in mind. Say how many children and their ages when you enquire.

What is the food like?

Odia home cooking at the dhaba, mostly vegetarian, seasonal and local. Retreat guests follow a diet planned with the doctor.

Do I need to book in advance?

Weekends fill first. Retreats start on fixed dates, so enquire at least a week ahead.

Coming from outside Odisha?

Tell us your arrival details and we will arrange airport or station pick-up and plan the stay around your travel.

Can we bring a group?

Teams, families and friend groups are welcome. Larger groups can take the campus on selected dates.
